Our Policies
Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping and refunds.
Shipping Policy
- We ship every Monday & Wednesday, or choose free local pickup in Memphis — ready the next day after 4:30pm.
- We ship out every Monday & Wednesday.
- Shipping is a flat $10 on orders under $35.
- Free shipping on orders of $35 or more — applied automatically at checkout.
- Treats are packed with care to arrive fresh. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Refund & Return Policy
- All sales are final — no refunds.
- Because our treats are fresh, perishable baked goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Ordering & Weekly Drops
- Our weekly menu is revealed every Sunday at 12 noon (ordering opens Monday at 10:00am).
- Weekly drop items are limited — once they sell out, they're gone for the week.
- Catering and dessert table orders require at least 7 days notice.
Allergens
- Our treats are made in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
- Allergen notes are listed on each product where known, but cross-contact is possible.
- If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
