By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders & Payment
By placing an order with Juice Sweet Treats, you agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
2. Shipping
All orders are shipped from Memphis, TN. We ship out every Monday & Wednesday. Shipping is a flat $10 on orders under $35; orders of $35 or more ship free. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier-provided address.
3. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final — no refunds. Our products are fresh, perishable baked goods and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Product Information & Allergens
We make every effort to display products and ingredients accurately, but descriptions and images may vary from the final product. Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts; cross-contact is possible. You are responsible for reviewing allergen information before ordering.
5. Weekly Drops & Availability
Weekly drop menus are limited and revealed every Sunday at 12 noon (ordering opens Monday at 10:00am). Items are available while supplies last and may sell out without notice.
6. Use of This Website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use its content without permission. All content — including the Juice Sweet Treats name, logo, photos and text — is the property of Juice Sweet Treats and may not be reproduced without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juice Sweet Treats is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
