Fresh treats shipped straight from Memphis to your door — or pick up locally for free. Here is everything you need to know about rates, timing and packaging.
Free local pickup
Choose Local Pickup at checkout — it's always free. Your order is ready in Memphis the next day after 4:30pm, and we'll send you the pickup details when it's ready.
Flat-rate shipping
Shipping is $10 on all orders under $35. Orders of $35 or more ship free.
Ship days
We ship out every Monday & Wednesday. Orders placed before 8:00pm on Sunday or Tuesday will ship on the next ship day.
Ships from Memphis
All treats are baked in Memphis, TN and shipped from there. Delivery time depends on your distance from Memphis, typically 1–3 business days.
Carefully packed
Cookies, cakes and lemonades are packed to arrive fresh. We use secure packaging and include handling instructions when needed.
Freshness guarantee
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our freshness standard, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
